Over 40 years of combined experience in international investment banking, in the Equity and Debt Capital Markets and M&A departments, helping to raise billions of euros for a multitude of Spanish and Portuguese companies. We have advised on transactions in both the private and listed markets, ranging from senior financing to the most structured capital.

Soletaurus Solutions, SL (Soletaurus) is a financial services company focused on originating investment opportunities and providing advice on securing institutional financing in the debt and equity capital markets, renewable energy, technology, and real estate sectors in Spain and Portugal.

Soletaurus advises its clients, providing them with the right investor for each financing need. We position ourselves between international investors and domestic players without access to the international market.

On the other hand, Soletaurus aims to open the Iberian market to international institutions interested in conducting transactions in the region but lacking local infrastructure. We therefore support players with a global focus but without a significant presence in the Iberian Peninsula.
